2021ဤအမျိုးသမီးများနှင့် အမျိုးသားများအတွက်ွ မြေယာအုပ်ုချုပ််ရေးဆိုင်ရာာ နည်းပညာာလမ်းညွှန်ှ စာအုုပ််သည်် အမျိုးသား စားနပ််ရိိက္ခာဖူလုံရေး အတွက်ွ မြေယာ၊ ငါးလုပ်ုငန်းနှင့် သစ််တောများ လုပ်ုပိုင်ုခွင့်အား တာဝန််ယူမှု ရှိုစွာ စီမံအုပ်ုချုပ််ရေးအတွက်ွ မိိမိိဆန္ဒအလျောက်် လိုက်ုနာနိုင််သော လမ်းညွှန််ချက််များ (FAO, 2012 b) အား အကောင််အထည််ဖော်ရာတွင်် ယင်းလမ်းညွှန််ချက််များ ပါါ ကျား-မ တန်းတူူညီမျှီ စွာာ လုပ်ု ပိုင်ု ခွင့် စီမံ အုပ်ု ချုုပ််ရေး အခြေခံံမူဝါါဒအား ပံ့ပိုး ပေးရန်် ရည််ရွယ်ွ ပါါသည််။ အပိုင်း တိုင်း ၏ အစတွင်ွ “လမ်းညွှန်ှ ချက််များ”ပါါ သက််ဆိုုင််ရာာ ပြဌာာန်းချက််များကို ရည််ညွှန်းဖော်ပြထားပါါသည််။ ဤလမ်းး ညွှန််စာာအု ပ််တွင်် သာာတူူညီီမျှှရှိိမှု နှင့် မြေယာာအုုပ််ချုုပ််ရေးတွင်် အမျိုး သမီးး များနှင့်အမျိုးသားများ ၏ မတူူညီသောာီ လိုအု ပ််ချျက််အသီး သီး နှင့်ဦးစားပေးများကို မည််သည့်နည်း ဖြင့်စီမံ ပေးရမည််ကို အဓိိကထားဖော်ပြထားပါါသည််။ ဤလမ်းး ညွှန််စာာအု ပ််တွင်် ကျား -မတန်း တူူညီီမျှ မြေေယာာရပိုင်ု ခွင့် င့် စပ််လျျဥ်း ၍ ကာာလကြာရှည်ှ စွာာ အပြန််အလှန်ှ ်ဆွေးနွေ ငြင်းခုန်ု ်နေမှုုမျာကို ဇောာင်းမပေး ထားးဘဲဲ မြေေယာာကိိစ္စ စ ဆုံးးဖြတ််ချက်် ချရာာတွင်ွ ပါါဝင််သည့်လုုပ််ငန်းစဥ််များ နှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်း ၊ စနစ််များ တွင်် ကျား -မ သာာတူူညီီမျှစွာာ ပိုုမို ပါ ဝင််လာာနိုုင််ရေးအတွွက်် ကျားး -မ ရေးရာာကို အလေးအနက််ထား ထည့်သွ င်း စဥ်းစားလာာစေ ရန်် အာာရုံံစို က်် ဆွေးနွေး ထားပါါသည််။ -

2015This guide has been developed in response to concerns regarding large-scale land acquisitions and the need to increase investment in agriculture. The guide supports application of the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure for Land, Fisheries and Forests in the Context of National Food Security at the national level by providing technical guidance on how to safeguard tenure rights in the context of agricultural investments, including in land. It aims to provide additional guidance to government authorities engaged in the promotion, approval and monitoring of investments at all stages of the investment cycle. The guide also serves as a reference for implementation of the Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems endorsed by the Committee on World Food Security (CFS) in October 2014 (CFS, 2014). -
