Synopsis (short abstract) This IPPC guide provides guidance on the kinds of stakeholder relations that can be established and maintained by national plant protection organizations (NPPOs). The publication is intended to encourage the establishment and development of public–private partnerships and to promote coordination among non-phytosanitary public sector stakeholders, such as foreign ministries and authorities for trade, standards and the environment.
