Synopsis (short abstract) Bigeye thresher, Alopias superciliosus is a highly migratory open oceanic species with a worldwide circumglobal distribution in tropical and temperate oceanic and coastal seas. There is no reliable evidence to support a decline of bigeye thresher that would meet the Appendix II listing criteria.
