The strategy is presented to the Programme Committee at the same time as the “ Evaluation of FAO’s activities on capacity development in Africa ” 4 , which has many recommendations relating to its implementation in a global context; the Committee ma y wish to take account of the findings of that Evaluation and the Management Response when considering the corporate CD strategy.
